Lead Electrical Assembly

Destinus is revolutionizing the defense industry with Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). They are seeking a Lead Electrical Assembly to lead the electrical backbone of their manufacturing site in Hengelo, Netherlands, building high-quality, high-performance systems for skies. The role requires hands-on experience in electrical assembly and integration in aerospace/defense industries.

Requirements

• MBO level 4 diploma in a relevant technical discipline (engineering or manufacturing)
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role in aerospace manufacturing or defense
• Solid hands-on experience in electrical assembly or integration in aerospace, defense, automotive, or similar
• Strong knowledge of wire harnessing, crimping, soldering, routing, grounding, and electrical testing
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Experience leading or supervising small technical teams
• Comfort working with tools, test equipment, and troubleshooting instruments
• Familiarity with ESD procedures and safety standards
