Requirements
- Define project scope and confirm alignment with the customer
- Manage customer to minimize project scope creep
- Lead cross-functional team through the execution of Kinetyc Customer Onboarding and Launch Process
- Develop and obtain cross-functional commitment to a credible plan to deliver the program within scope
- Lead and drive accountability within the cross-functional team
- Eliminate surprises by fostering cross-functional communication and coordination of with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, MP&L, Quality and Finance
- Ultimately accountable for managing program launch plan to execute customer and internal deliverables
- Proactively track and manage program risk and opportunities
- Preside over regular, cross-functional team change control meetings to seamlessly implement engineering changes
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment where change is common
