We are seeking a Business Management Senior Analyst to support divisional strategy regarding headcount planning, management and reporting. The role involves assisting in co-ordination of year end process for Corporate Bank/Investment Bank, divisional FTE modelling, and translating business requirements for technical teams.
Requirements
- Strong data modelling skills and a demonstrable ability to produce detailed analysis
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong technical skills, particularly in dealing with high volume of data, management of databases and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English across all levels
