Job Description
Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank division is seeking a Major Incident Manager to lead the European Region's technology capabilities and ensure stability and resilience in the production environment. The role involves leading a team to drive operational activities and IT Service Management transformation, focusing on delivering excellent service to clients.
Requirements
- Experience in IT in complex or highly regulated and data heavy environments
- Strong technical co-ordination skills
- Technical Skillset – Java, Unix, SQL, Oracle, Google Cloud Platform, Messaging, KAFKA
- Evidence of use of a range of observability and monitoring products and platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
