Job Description
The AVP/Operations Specialist is responsible for supervising and overseeing a team and/or workflow, with a focus on people management, workflow (process & controls), performance to KPI's, Risk Mitigation, and SLA's. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, implementing process improvements, and providing structured reporting services.
Requirements
- Exposure to Client reporting, Performance and Investment reporting background
- People management experience
- Understanding of Asset Management Operations
- Knowledge of applications like Aladdin, Bloomberg
- Accounting/Finance knowledge
- Ability to analyze data to determine root cause of problems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take ownership, priorities work and manage time effectively
- Sound MS Office skills in particular MS Excel & Access
- Result-oriented, motivate team members, retain top talent and development
- All process related to Employee onboarding until termination etc
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Team-player and Flexibility in working hours
