Job Description
Deutsche Windtechnik (DWT) is a leading Independent Service Provider for wind turbine generators, offering comprehensive maintenance and repair services. They are seeking a Technician II to join their team and contribute to the successful operation of wind turbines across various stages of the turbine lifecycle. This role involves troubleshooting, repair, and adhering to safety standards and policies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years’ experience as a Wind Turbine Technician
- Valid driver’s license (NON CDL or CDL)
- Ability to read and interpret documents and follow instructions
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to deal with problems involving at least one concrete variable
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Pass a physical exam and drug/alcohol screening
- Physical fitness for high-energy work in extreme weather conditions
