Job Description
Dev.Pro is seeking a strategic and results-driven Delivery Director to lead their delivery operations and support business growth. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional service for major clients in FinTech, Retail, and Hospitality industries. The ideal candidate will lead teams, manage budgets, and drive efficiency and quality improvements while fostering a positive team culture. Requirements
- 10+ years of project and program management in software product or IT
- 100-150+ people managing across teams and projects
- 7+ years managing outsourced engineering or IT service delivery
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC and project management
- Familiarity with delivery metrics (profitability, utilization, customer satisfaction, quality)
- Experience in process design and optimization
- Leading in sales and marketing
- Experience supporting account growth
- Understanding of financial planning and strategic planning skills
