Senior Test Engineer Automation (Performance Lead) - OP01905-03

Join our Center of Excellence initiative as a Senior Test Automation Engineer with expertise in performance testing. Lead performance testing initiatives, shape and scale performance testing, and establish best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of automation testing experience with strong performance testing expertise
• Hands-on experience building and integrating performance test pipelines in CI/CD
• Proficiency with performance testing tools (Gatling, JMeter, Locust)
• Experience designing load, stress, and endurance testing strategies
• Experience with system profiling, performance optimization, and identifying bottlenecks
• Strong programming/scripting skills, with the ability to work across languages
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding cross-team practices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed system architectures
• Solid understanding of SDLC and enterprise-scale testing
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence teams, drive adoption of standards, and promote best practices
• Proactivity, ownership, accountability, and independent work skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
