Head of Provider Growth

Develop Health is on a mission to use AI to radically accelerate access to life-saving medications. We're partnering with large pharmacy benefit managers and payers to revolutionize healthcare interactions. We're looking for a builder to take a messy zero-to-one commercial motion and turn it into something that works, fast.

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth, GTM, marketing, market development, sales ops, or similar roles with real execution responsibility
• Demonstrated success running experiments, building acquisition channels, and scaling what works
• Strong analytical instincts: segmentation, funnel analysis, basic sheets, experiment testing frameworks
• Ability to self-start: you don’t wait for perfect context, you create clarity through action
