Developmental Pathways is seeking a Financial Data Analyst to join its Finance team. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing master data within the finance ERP systems, as well as supporting KPI/dashboard development and leveraging advanced tools for data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, data governance, or related finance roles
- Experience in data governance frameworks, data quality management, or metadata management
- Experience with reporting and dashboards, including optimizing reports for performance with moderate data volumes using applicable software (e.g. Power BI)
- Proficiencies with financial systems (e.g. NetSuite, BI tools)
- Strong Excel and data modeling skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to work across departments and with external partners
