Job Description
We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their home and community. This role involves assisting with daily living tasks and providing opportunities for choices and advocacy. The position offers flexible hours, paid training, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a mandatory drug screen and physical examination
- Pass a criminal history and personal background checks
- Basic language, written and computer skills
- Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
