Remote Talent Sourcer

We are seeking a talented Remote Talent Sourcer to join our team. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for interacting with potential candidates, crafting recruiting emails, and coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements. You will also identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
• Effective time-management abilities
• Good in English Speaking
• Must have a LinkedIn account
• Must possess personal computer (Desktop/Laptop)
