Job Description
We are looking for a Cloud Data Engineer to join our "Data Platform" department and contribute to data projects on Google Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, at least 2 years of experience in data engineering, and advanced mastery of SQL.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and evolving data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform
- Collaborate with business teams to understand data requirements and design adapted solutions
- Optimize data processing and ELT process performance using AirFlow, DBT, and BigQuery
- Implement data quality processes to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Work closely with engineering teams to integrate data pipelines into existing applications and services
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in data processing and analysis
