Job Description
Devoteam is a leading European consultancy seeking a Senior DevOps Google Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. In this role, you will lead efforts in automation, efficiency, and reliability across systems.
Requirements
- Design and implement scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on Google Cloud Platform
- Lead the development and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager
- Optimize and automate CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery processes
- Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application deployment and operational efficiency
- Implement and maintain robust security measures and best practices for cloud infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
- Mentor junior team members and promote DevOps best practices across the organization
- Stay up-to-date with the latest GCP features and industry trends, recommending improvements to our cloud strategy
