Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Business School, Engineering School or University
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the consulting field, in change management or digital transformation
• Experience and responsibilities in project cadrage and operational missions
• Ability to take a step back, design, formalize and present methodologies/offers/convictions
• Excellent relationship, listening ability to client needs, and exchange with intervenants of different levels
• Curious, autonomous, initiatives, and desire to participate in diverse projects
