Tech Lead Java fullstack F/H

We are looking for a Tech Lead Java Fullstack to lead the architecture and technological choices of Java / Angular or React projects, ensure application performance and scalability, and guide and accompany development teams by sharing expertise and ensuring the upskilling of developers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Java development, with a first experience as a technical lead
• Mastery of Java and the Spring Boot framework, as well as architecture concepts and scalable application design
• Advanced experience in front-end development with Angular or React, and a good understanding of SPA architectures
• Solid skills in databases, both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
• Leadership and ability to lead a team, animate code reviews, and accompany developer upskilling
• A consulting mindset and strategic vision to guide technological choices and optimize application performance
