Clinical Associate - Primary Care

The Clinical Associate is a fully remote position that requires working in Pacific Standard Time. The role involves providing high-touch telehealth visits, coordinating care, and advocating for members to improve their health outcomes and care experience.

Requirements

• Certification of Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish
• Two (2) years of patient-facing experience with telehealth experience a plus
• Prior primary care experience a plus
