Job Description
Devoted Studios is seeking a passionate and dynamic 2D Art Director to lead a team and contribute to the production of high-profile, global games. The role involves mentoring artists, ensuring quality, collaborating with stakeholders, and optimizing workflows. This is a remote, full-time position within a large and rapidly growing game development company.
Requirements
- 6+ years in game art
- Experience leading a team
- Shipped 2-3 AAA games
- Strong 2D art skills
- Proficiency in Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator
- Understanding of art production pipelines
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Team-focused approach
