Job Description
Devoted Studios is seeking a Head of Legal for their European-based global corporation. The role will oversee legal responsibilities, including international expansion, research, and internal legal processes. Key priorities include risk management, compliance, and negotiating contracts with partners and suppliers. The company is a production management company for external video game development.
Requirements
- English fluency
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Master’s Degree in Law
- Minimum 10 years of high-quality experience in corporate law, preferably with a focus on international tax law, international corporate finance, and compliance
