Devoted Studios is seeking a Head of Legal for a medium-sized, global corporation focused on international expansion and legal support. The role involves overseeing legal operations, strategic planning, and risk management, with a strong emphasis on international tax and compliance, ensuring effective financial structures and optimizing assets. The position is fully remote and requires fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
Requirements

- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Master's Degree in Law
- Minimum 10 years of high-quality experience in corporate law
- 3+ years of management experience (senior manager/partner level)
- Demonstrated capability to manage complex legal projects and stakeholder engagements
