Job Description
Devoted Studios is a US-based game development company seeking a proactive and experienced Lead Outsource Producer to join our external game development team. In this dynamic role, you'll lead remote art teams, shape creative solutions, and ensure flawless execution in external development.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in a similar Outsource Development, Lead Artist/Art Director or External Development role within the video game industry
- Demonstrated experience directing and delivering outsourced art across various styles and platforms
- Strong understanding of game art pipelines and the ability to communicate visual requirements and expectations clearly
- Comfortable working with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and asset management platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
