Job Description
Devoted Fusion is seeking a data-driven Product Manager to lead the evolution of their platform for freelance talent. The role involves building a data-informed product roadmap, partnering with marketing and commercial teams, and optimizing performance across the product lifecycle. This is a growth-oriented position with a focus on rapid iteration, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in Product Management for SaaS, marketplaces, or live digital products
- Proven success in growth-stage environments with rapid iteration and measurable impact
- Deep experience with data-driven decision-making, analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker), and experimentation
- Strong business acumen — understanding of unit economics, partnerships, and marketing funnels
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and engineering teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for creative industries, gaming, or talent platforms is a strong plus
