Job Description
Devoted Studios is a globally remote game development company seeking a Production Success Manager to support day-to-day production activities and implement new processes, tools, and systems. The successful candidate will be a hybrid of production assistant, operations coordinator, and workflow optimizer.
Requirements
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in Jira and structured project-tracking tools
- Strong written communication skills
- Confident working with spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
