The role requires a highly organized individual with experience in distributed teams, Agile methodologies, and budget management. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle game production
- Ability to lead distributed or remote teams
- Strong understanding of game development pipelines
- Proficiency with Jira and Agile methodologies
- Proven track record of launching projects on time and within budget
- Experience managing client and vendor relationships
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable creating documentation and clear action plans
- Scrum certification is a plus
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
