Associate Team Lead - Python Engineer

Devsinc is seeking a skilled Associate Team Lead - Python Engineer to lead Python backend projects and drive innovation. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, AI, or related field (required)
• 5–7 years of professional experience in Python backend development
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI
• Hands-on experience with tools and libraries like SQLAlchemy, Celery, Redis, REST/GraphQL APIs, and Postman
• Strong understanding of system architecture and microservices
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, monitoring tools, and infrastructure as code
• Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, and OpenAI/Anthropic APIs (preferred)
