Team Lead- AI/ML

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI/ML Team Lead to manage a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists. The role involves leading team development, designing and optimizing machine learning models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into products. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical background and leadership abilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years in AI/ML development, with experience leading projects or teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies.
• Familiarity with MLOps and automation.
