Job Description
Dewberry is seeking a Commercial Architecture Leader with 20+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, and workplace design. This role focuses on market growth, strategic planning, internal collaboration, and business development. The position reports directly to the President of Dewberry Architects Inc. and will require collaboration with other Dewberry leadership.
Requirements
- Professional Degree in Architecture and State Professional Architectural license (required)
- 20+ years of experience with subject matter expertise in Retail, Hospitality, and Workplace design
- Proven track record of successful client and business development in Real Estate and Commercial Development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide meaningful project leadership
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to travel to represent Dewberry
