The ideal candidate will have a BS degree and construction-related project experience in the transportation sector, with office engineering experience maintaining project documentation systems using Microsoft Office and other software. Requirements
- Coordinates and collaborates with Quality Assurance and Quality Control staff, Construction Managers, and owner representatives
- Reviews daily construction assignment schedules and ensures QA staff are prepared and assigned to cover required inspection and materials testing duties
- Prepares, assembles, and distributes pre-activity meeting package/documents to construction team and attends meetings to record meeting minutes
- Assists in the management and tracking of NCR, Inspection Testing Plans, product submittals, monthly quality audits, monthly materials test reports, materials notebook tracking, and other reporting documents
- Ensures quality documents are submitted logged and reviewed daily and then posted for access by various project participants
- Prepares work location notifications and tracks completed work quantities installed by contractors
- Participates in invoice and schedule reviews
