Job Description
Dewberry is seeking a Regional Discipline Lead – Pumping Systems to support growth in the west water practice. This technical and market-focused role involves developing strategies for sustainable growth, industry best practices, and mentoring staff on design and construction of pumping systems. The position requires a strategic thinker with expertise in pumping systems and hydraulics. Dewberry is a market-facing professional services firm with over 60 locations.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering field (M.S. preferred)
- Active Professional Engineering license in one or more of AZ, CA, NM, UT
- 20+ years’ experience with project and client responsibilities
- 10+ years’ project management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client retention and new business development skills
