Requirements
- Fluent German skills (minimum B2) and good English skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Secure handling of software tools (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, mobile apps)
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in customer service, technical support, or data processing is an advantage
