(Sr.) L&D Partner EMEA - Medical Device Manufacturer

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to support training delivery efforts across EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of related experience in learning and development, with strong expertise in delivering effective L&D programs.

Requirements

• Partner with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and develop training plans
• Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive L&D strategy
• Deliver a wide range of learning and professional development programs
• Manage leadership development programs
• Support the EMEA New Employee Orientation programme
• Stay current on emerging learning technologies and trends
• Participate in regular evaluations of training programs
• Partner with other training delivery teams to ensure standardization and consistency
