Job Description
Dexcom Corporation is a pioneer in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). We are looking for a Supervisor Materials to join our Mesa Logistic & Distribution (L&D) Regional Distribution Center (RDC) Team. The role involves coordinating customer pickups, designing outbound order special requirements, administering the Root Cause Corrective Action process, and leading Continuous Improvement projects.
Requirements
- Coordinate and schedule customer pickups and expedited freight shipments
- Design, manage and oversee the outbound order special requirements process
- Administer the Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) process
- Monitor site processes and coordinate activities as assigned
- Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement projects
- Facilitate communication and coordination with internal teams
- Serve as the site lead for Change Management initiatives
- Operate within the Night Shift RDC environment
- Utilize Oracle EBS to execute, troubleshoot, and support warehouse functions
