Dexis is a professional services firm seeking Cyber Workforce Development SMEs to assist in planning and implementing institutional capacity building engagements focusing on cyber strategy development, cyber policy development, and cyber workforce development.

Requirements

• Secret clearance
• Bachelors degree
• Ability to develop or assess the human resource life cycle system for a cybersecurity and defense workforce
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts and policy recommendations to diverse audiences
• Ability to produce high-quality reports in English
• Prior experience performing ICB SME facilitator roles and responsibilities via in-person and virtual engagements
• Prior experience within the Department of Defense (DOD)
• Familiarity with security cooperation initiatives
