Job Description
Dexis is seeking a Deputy Team Lead to support the Department of State's (DOS) international security, security assistance, and military operations efforts. This role involves program management, oversight of projects and data analysis, and contribution to the evaluation methodology. The position requires an active Secret Clearance and experience in foreign aid and security initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience
- At least three (3) years of foreign or security assistance initiative experience in designing or conducting large-scale AME analytic activities
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience related to developing data collection plans and preparing reports
- Awareness of monitoring and evaluation policies of the Department of State
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and highly organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
