Job Description
Join Diageo Mexico's Commercial Finance team to turn data into significant action across Modern Trade, Wholesalers, Distributors/E-commerce, and On-Trade. As a Commercial Finance Manager, you'll partner with Sales, RGM, Customer Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply to drive profitable growth with sharp analysis, crisp storytelling, and strong influence.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in Commercial Finance/FP&A/RGM within CPG (beverages strongly preferred)
- Confirmed ability to influence without authority and challenge constructively with Sales Directors and cross-functional leaders
- Executive-ready communication: concise storytelling, impactful decks, and data-driven recommendations
- Advanced Excel and Power BI; SQL or similar a plus
- Strong grasp of channel/customer P&L mechanics, TI governance, and S&OP
- Bachelor's in Finance/Economics/Engineering; MBA a plus
- Spanish and English proficiency (written, verbal, presentation)
