Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Engineering, Procurement or a related field.
- Around 5+ years' experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate or Procurement, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing or similarly fast-paced environments.
- Experience leading teams or contractors and supporting a positive, safety-focused workplace culture.
- Strong working knowledge of budgeting, compliance and vendor management for multi-site operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, SAP and planning tools, with the ability to turn data into clear actions and decisions.
