FP&A Junior Manager position in Diageo's Ireland Market with a focus on cash management. Perform financial analysis, deliver cash forecasts, and support senior management in achieving cash improvement goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 5-6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Financial Controlling with a focus on cash management
- Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
- Proficient in BFC, BW, SAP, and PowerBI solutions
- Strong background in financial and commercial analysis
- Proven track record of connecting with partners at various levels
- Ability to adapt to different market environments and cultures
- Ability to independently resolve sophisticated problems
- Proficient in English
