- Develop compensation philosophy aligned with organizational strategy
- Drive Total Reward projects enhancing talent attraction, retention, and engagement
- Assess compensation structures; discuss recommendations with HR Leadership
- Design Reward Frameworks for different employee generations ensuring consistency
- Create Pay Ranges based on benchmarking exercises
- Guide job matching processes; develop pay bands
- Lead annual salary reviews across markets
- Review variable pay plans; propose design modifications aligning with key imperatives
- Enhance communication/change management within markets; develop Total Reward capability in HR community
- Lead on all compensation issues for businesses operating in-country
- Collaborate across HR for effective implementation of reward policies/processes
- Provide advisory support designing policies for specific BUs or employee segments
- Address off-cycle needs like compensation changes or custom market analysis
- Improve awareness/understanding of reward philosophy through communication channels/tools
