Job Description
Market Specialist for Northeast Region (Non-Alc) responsible for sales execution in top on and off premise accounts, leading a distributor sales team, and implementing strategic sales initiatives to increase business opportunities and generate revenue. Role involves traveling and working closely with distributor staff to ensure proper execution and support for the brand within all channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales or distribution management within FMCG or beverage industry
- Proficient using G-Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, IRI Data, Nielsen Data
- Strong leadership, motivation, and persuasive communication skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good product knowledge and efficient time management skills
