Requirements
- Design the 3-5 year commercial transformation vision and plan, aligned with the business strategic plan.
- Lead the portfolio of strategic transformation projects, ensuring measurable impact on commercial performance.
- Build and evolve the Go-to-Market (RtM) model, segmentation, coverage, and growth routes.
- Manage the commercial transformation committee with key business leaders.
- Promote the strategic use of data, technology, and automation in commercial processes.
- Establish a performance tracking model with a focus on tangible commercial impact.
- Create commercial team capabilities to operate under new models, processes, and tools.
- Act as a cultural change sponsor, generating enthusiasm, alignment, and shared vision.
