Job Description
Join Diageo, the world's leading premium drinks company, as a Procurement Specialist - Indirects. This role plays a key part in enabling growth and driving value for LAC and Tequila, contributing to market strategies related to travel, consultancy, IT, and T&E. The successful candidate will lead procurement indirects spend through effective business partnering and collaboration with finance, HR, Legal, CR, Payroll teams, and procurement operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Procurement (5 years) and Supply Chain (Plan, make, source, deliver)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Procurement Indirects, FMCG/Spirits, with subject-matter expertise in supply markets and spend categories relevant to the role
- Demonstrated performance in leading projects and teams, managing and negotiating with suppliers and experience developing and executing category and procurement strategies
