Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong business and financial acumen with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling, translating insights into strategies
- Experience with revenue management tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, BI)
- 3–4+ years in Consumer Goods industry roles, including RGM or Finance strategy development
- Leadership skills with experience managing team members; consulting background is a plus
