Shopper Marketing Manager

This role is critical in accomplishing impactful shopper marketing strategies. The Shopper Marketing Manager will work closely with retail partners, sales teams, and internal collaborators to drive shopper engagement and conversion at the point of purchase.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in FMCG business
• Knowledge of Swiss and Austrian market
• Passion for creating experiences for customers and consumers
• Problem solver and teammate who can deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly
• Strong history of working with sales, brand, and trade marketing teams
• Proficient in German and English, French is a plus
