Campus Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a Campus Recruitment Manager to develop and execute a holistic campus strategy, including designing and implementing the entire internship program. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in campus/university recruiting or talent acquisition, with demonstrated knowledge of the Greek university landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in an in-house Campus/University Recruiting or Talent Acquisition role
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Greek university landscape, campus hiring trends and event execution
• Proficiency in relevant platforms and tools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
