Demand Generation Manager

Dialectica is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive growth and revenue generation. The role involves designing and executing a global demand generation strategy, building and managing integrated demand generation campaigns, and collaborating with Sales and GTM leadership to ensure marketing priorities directly support pipeline and revenue goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
• Strong understanding of financial services, particularly private equity audiences and decision-making processes
• Demonstrated experience building scalable marketing engines that directly drive measurable revenue impact
• Hands-on expertise across marketing channels including digital, content, and events
• Strategic mindset combined with a data-driven approach and strong execution capability
