Technical Architect/Project Manager

We are a multi-disciplinary practice of architects, interior designers, urban designers and planners who design for community wellbeing and urban vibrancy. We're looking for a technical architect with a drive to create the ideal set of documents that bring our collective vision to life.

Requirements

• 10+ years architectural design experience focused on technical delivery
• Registered Architect
• Excellent communication skills to engage and lead various project stakeholders
• Expertise in BIM and Revit workflows
• Produce and oversee the development of construction documents of various project sizes and typologies
• Manage project budget, resources, and schedule
• Excel in cross-discipline coordination and project development
• Collaborate with contractors to bring construction to success
• Proficiency with analogue (hand) and electronic forms of visual and graphic communication
• Leadership experience in establishing scope and directing the work of professional architects and technical staff
