Requirements

• Provide direct personal care and assistance with daily activities, enabling residents to maintain their independence and dignity.
• Administer medications daily.
• Build meaningful relationships, creating a supportive and enriching environment for residents.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional health, ensuring a holistic approach to their well-being.
• Offer kindness, patience, and understanding, bringing comfort to residents and their families during every interaction.
• Engage in activities that bring laughter, purpose, and a sense of belonging to those in your care.
• Prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary requirements and preferences.
• Clean resident rooms and common areas and provide laundry services.
