Clinical Development Medical Director - North America

We are seeking a dynamic and scientifically driven Clinical Development Medical Director to join our Medical Affairs team. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical acumen, experience in rare diseases and/or autoimmunology, and a collaborative mindset to help drive impactful medical and scientific initiatives.

Requirements

• MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
• At least 3 years in a medical affairs or clinical development role
• Experience in rare diseases and/or autoimmunology preferred
• Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical data
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
