Corporate IT Business Analyst - HR

We're looking for a Corporate IT Business Analyst - HR to provide functional expertise in support, administration and maintenance of HR applications.

Requirements

• Analyze, design, and implement business solutions related to HRIS
• Work with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Configure and maintain the HRIS platform to ensure seamless integration with other systems
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and data validation to ensure accuracy and functionality
• Support the roll out of projects in different countries
• Provide technical support to HR users, helping to resolve issues and answer system-related questions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Finance, etc.) to ensure the successful delivery of HRIS projects and initiatives
• Identify and recommend improvements to HR processes, ensuring that HRIS is fully leveraged
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR)
• Participate in the Internal and External Audit programs
• Create detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in HRIS technology and assist in the introduction of new functionality/applications, providing feasibility studies and impact analysis
