We're looking for a Corporate IT Business Analyst - HR to provide functional expertise in support, administration and maintenance of HR applications.
Requirements
- Analyze, design, and implement business solutions related to HRIS
- Work with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Configure and maintain the HRIS platform to ensure seamless integration with other systems
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and data validation to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Support the roll out of projects in different countries
- Provide technical support to HR users, helping to resolve issues and answer system-related questions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Finance, etc.) to ensure the successful delivery of HRIS projects and initiatives
- Identify and recommend improvements to HR processes, ensuring that HRIS is fully leveraged
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR)
- Participate in the Internal and External Audit programs
- Create detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in HRIS technology and assist in the introduction of new functionality/applications, providing feasibility studies and impact analysis
