Requirements

• initiating & executing scientific research and/or development activities for the company in collaboration with the team
• Investigating the feasibility of applying scientific principles & concepts to potential inventions, products & problems
• Executing laboratory research by maintaining broad knowledge of state-of-the-art principles & theories
• Producing & analyzing data for publication & presentation at scientific meetings
• Maintaining broad knowledge of state-of-the-art principles & theories
• May act as in-house consultant & advise management on scientific decisions
• Able to interface with internal & external scientists & other departments
• Authors various manufacturing & raw material specifications & QC documents required for transfer of products to manufacturing
• Ensures compliance with the Code of Ethics, the Quality Management System, the Company Policies and the Corporate Procedures
